This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to architect, build, and integrate cutting-edge infrastructure solutions in support of some of our nation’s most sensitive and critical missions.

\nWhat to expect:\n\n\t- Early-stage flexibility with partial telework during initial development phases
\n\t- Full-time on-site presence at secure facility in Washington, DC will be required as the program matures
\n\t- A collaborative, Agile environment where your input shapes the architecture from day one
\n\t- Dev platform based on ServiceNow, Elastic, AWS and RedHat
\n
\nWhat you’ll need:\n\n\n\t- An active TS/SCI clearance (required for consideration)
\n\t- Willingness to complete and maintain additional customer suitability screenings throughout employment
\n\t- Current Security+ certification or higher/equivalent
\n
\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\n\n\t- Support the setup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
\n\t- Build and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and scheduled reporting.
\n\t- Create and manage integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).
\n\t- Coordinate and support platform and application upgrades.
\n\t- Help design and document business process flows and propose solutions based on operational needs.
\n\t- Configure ServiceNow functions and workflows to support ticketing, order management, and re?engineered business processes.
\n\t- Analyze customer data trends to enhance user experience and network performance.
\n\t- Engage with customers on technical considerations, issues, and system engineering decisions.
\n\t- Develop, configure, customize, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform.
\n\t- Automate and orchestrate tasks and integrations across applications and platforms.
\n\t- Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications in an Agile Scrum environment.
\n\t- Collaborate across engineering, development, and analysis teams to support ongoing enhancements.
\n\t- Maintain documentation and follow development best practices.
\n\t- Gather cross?functional requirements to support ongoing ServiceNow configuration and support.
\n\t- Incorporate UI/UX requirements into ServiceNow development.
\n\t- Follow coding standards and contribute to technical documentation.
\n\t- Support data migration activities.
\n\t- Design solutions aligned with configuration management policies.
\n\t- Integrate and maintain high?quality data across multiple sources within the CMDB.
\n
\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n\n\t- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance (required for consideration).
\n\t- Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC
\n\t- Current Security+ certification or equivalent/higher
\n\t- Ability to pass and maintain additional suitability screenings as required by customer
\n\t- Education and experience depending on job level:\n\t
\n\t\t- Level III: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4-8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
\n\t\t- Level IV: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience (or a Master’s and 6+ years). Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
\n\t\t- Level V: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s and 10+ years). Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
\n\t
\n\t \n\t- At least 3 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
\n\t- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development.
\n\t- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
\n\t- The qualified candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks.
\n\t- Ability to multi-task and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment.
\n\t- Strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership. Candidate shall have the ability to develop and present management level briefings.
\n\t- Demonstrate potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.
\n\t- Open to receiving mentoring from senior developers.
\n
\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\t- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
\n\t- Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology
\n\t- Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
\n\t- Experience with JIRA, Git and Confluence.
\n\t- Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.
\n\t- AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.
\n\t- Experience working with large software systems including hardware integration and test.
\n\t- Experience working with multi-disciplinary technical development teams.
\n\t- Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology.
\n\t- Experience moving from a legacy application to a new application
\n\t- Experience applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the team.
\n\t- Experience using Kanban to improve flow on support teams.
\n\t- Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation.
